Milwaukee’s Continuum of Care We are a consortium of housing, emergency shelter and supportive services providers that work alongside community based organizations and stakeholders to address homelessness in our community.
The MCHH is operated by the City of Milwaukee which serves as Milwaukee’s Collaborative Applicant Lead Agency.
