MCHH Technical Assistance Policy
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires each Continuum of Care (CoC) to monitor the programs that receive HUD funding. The Milwaukee Coalition on Housing & Homelessness (MCHH) serves as the lead agency for the Milwaukee CoC and is responsible for this oversight.
As the lead applicant, MCHH reviews and evaluates funded programs to ensure they are managing their grants properly and following all HUD requirements, as well as local standards set by MCHH.
MCHH also provides Technical Assistance to support programs in improving performance and strengthening service delivery to people experiencing homelessness in our community.
