Continuum of Care Builds
The Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) program under the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) provides $100,000,000 for competitive grants for the new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation (capital costs) of new permanent supportive housing (PSH) units.
Through this NOFO, HUD encourages CoCs to leverage funds provided for capital costs of new PSH units with other funding sources to maximize the amount of housing that can be directed to meet the needs of homeless individuals and families.
Milwaukee Coalition on Housing & Homelessness is releasing this RFP to solicit applicants interested in applying for this funding opportunity. Only ONE project can be selected for our CoC.
RFPs are due July 16, 2026 by 5:00 PM.
CoC Builds questions and completed applications may be sent to United Way staff via email.
