The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program is a federal grant program that helps communities work together to end homelessness. It provides funding to help people experiencing homelessness quickly find stable housing, support homeless youth and survivors of domestic violence, connect individuals and families with essential community resources, and promote long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published the FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program grants NOFO, authorizing homeless services organizations to apply for more than $4 billion in competitive funding to provide supportive services and housing programs for people experiencing homelessness.
